Next year the Czech economy should grow by 1.6 %. This is due to deteriorating trade performance and falling domestic demand. This year growth should reach 2.1 %. This stems from an OECD economic survey. According to the report the ongoing recovery of the economy is slower than in neighbouring countries. The rapid implementation of reforms that will ensure sustainable long-term growth and greater resistance to external shocks is necessary.
